AT&T has increased the early upgrade pricing for those looking to upgrade or replace their iPhone before their contract is up, according to a screenshot obtained by AndroidCentral.

AppleInsider was able to confirm with AT&T that early upgrade pricing for the 8GB iPhone 3GS is now $299, the 16GB iPhone 4 is now $449, and the 32GB iPhone 4 is now $549. That’s an increase of $50.
