Yahoo has launched an HTML5 version of Yahoo Mail specifically designed for the iPad.

These are instructions on how to activate your iPhone 3G, 3GS, or 4 without having the original SIM or being on the original network.
This is more of a tip then a tutorial. Sherif Morano has discovered that iTunes will activate your iPhone if a PhoneBook SIM card is inserted. A PhoneBook SIM card is used to transfer your contacts from one phone to another. They can be purchased from Radioshack, Mobile Phone Shops, or online.

Apple has posted instructions on how to setup Mobile Me on your new iPad.
You can access your MobileMe mail, contacts, calendars, and bookmarks on iPad and use Find My iPad if it’s missing.
To set up MobileMe, follow these steps:
? On your iPad home screen tap Settings
? Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars and check that Fetch New Data is set to Push
? Tap Add Account, choose MobileMe, and enter your account information
? Tap Next and turn on Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, and Find My iPad. Tap Save.

A few months ago iPhone application developer Tapulous announced FriendBook, an app that would allow users to hold shake their phones together to exchange contact information – a fun and simple alternative to pocketfuls of clumsy business cards. Unfortunately, FriendBook still remains unreleased after a wave of shakeups over at Tapulous, and while we’ve seen a few alternatives like rmbrME, none of them have the simplicity of a proximity-based, wireless transfer.

Ever since Apple brought out iPhone 2.0 software many of us found that the iPhone contacts that used to appear on the BMW iDrive or BMW radio display suddenly disappeared.
Since iPhone2.0 we all waited patiently for a fix from Apple, 2.01 and 2.02 failed to deliver but hopes were high when reports that 2.1 fixed a similar problem with Chrysler uConnect systems but again no change for BMW drivers.
