Unity Technologies announced today that they have finished optimizing their 3D game development engine for the iPhone and iPod touch. First announced by the company back in April, he changes were part of their update to version 1.0.1. The engine is also used for making games on the Mac, Windows, and console platforms, and uses an integrated editor, optimized 3D graphics, asset importing and more.
